Fees
1. 100% if the withdrawal is made within 5 days after payment is received by JIAC.
2. 90% if the withdrawal is made between 6–30 days after payment is received.
3. 80% if the withdrawal is made between 31 days and the issuance of the Decision Letter on the Appointment of a Sole Arbitrator or Arbitration Panel.
4. 70% if the withdrawal is made after the issuance of the Appointment Letter but before the first hearing date is set.
If the withdrawal is made after the hearing has started, the Arbitrator Fees already paid cannot be refunded.
